Membership Eligibility :

1. Person above 50years of age can stay here lifelong.
2. Persons above 50 years can stay here along with his / her dependent person like mother / father, child with special needs, unmarried daughter above 50 years.
3. 2sisters and 2 female friends can stay together.
4. Two single persons of opposite sex can live together in a single flat ( provided they must be single )
5. Children with special needs : In case of the parents with child with special needs, the children can stay up to his / her life time, even after demise of his / her parents. The organization will take the full responsibility after some certain conditions.

Pricing :

1. Bookings for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd phase is already complete. Now 4^th phase booking is going on.
2. Membership cost for 4^th phase booking is Rs. 30 Lakhs approximately, which will be paid by the members in 5 equal installments.
3. For parents with specially abled child, an additional amount of Rs. 10 lakhs approximately will be charged along with the regular membership contribution.
4. Minimum monthly maintenance cost will be approximately Rs. 5000 per month (Maintenance cost is calculated based on present market rate, however, final maintenance cost will be as per actual market rate at the time of final agreement.
5. For the convenience of the members, below mentioned are some proposed add on services which we are intending to provide :
   • a.      House maid services – Approx. Rs. 1000/ month
   • b.      Sweeper – Per bathroom/Per month approx. Rs. 350/ cleaning
   • c.      Laundry Services - Approx Rs. 15 per unit
   • d.      Kitchen - Whole day food approx. Rs. 7000/ month for one person
   • e.      Care Provider Services - Aya for 12 hrs. approx. Rs. 8000, if you take on sharing with another member, the amount will be less.
   • f.        Oil massage - Approx. 150/sitting
   • g.       Physiotherapy - Approx. Rs. 500/ sitting
   • h.      Mini ICU - Approx. Rs. 1000/ day
   • i.        Oxygen - Approx. Rs. 400/cylinder
   • j.        Nebulizer - Approx. Rs.400/day
   • k.       Ambulance (approx. Rs. 20/km).
   • l.        Car Rental - According to market price
   • m.    Pathology - According to market price
   • n.      Guest House : Rs. 800 / day per room

• Only one point is to be taken into mind: we will not arrange a personal cook for you. Either you prepare your food or purchase food from the general canteen.
• The pricing / cost of services are calculated as on 22.12.2024, however prices / cost are subject to change and will be finalised at the time of final membership registration.
